MICHAEL BREMNER

A proud representative of Scotland in the latest series of Great British Menu, Michael Bremner is the chef/owner of one of the UK’s most highly-rated restaurants and a hugely experienced operator.

Having begun his career at the Pittodrie House Hotel in Aberdeenshire, he spent three years gaining experience at The Orrery and Quo Vadis in London.

Having worked his way around the world, Michael returned to the UK to become Head Chef at the Due South restaurant for five years, following this with a spell at famous vegetarian restaurant Food for Friends.

But it’s his first business venture – 64 Degrees – in Brighton which has earned him rave reviews and a space at number 16 in the National Restaurant Awards along with a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide.
