The inspirational duo from the kitchen at The Coal Shed, Dave Mothersill and Laura Petersen will be bringing their expertise in cooking steak and seafood to the festival.
After opening to rave reviews in Brighton, The Coal Shed is now opening alongside The Ivy Brasserie and other top restaurants in new London development ‘One Tower Bridge’.
Dave is Executive Head Chef and Laura Petersen is Executive Pastry Chef and together they have created menus at The Coal Shed and sister restaurant The Salt Room which have helped put Brighton on the map when it comes to eating out.
